TRANSMITTING APPARATUS OF CDMA PORTABLE HANDSET OF WHICH OUTPUT LEVEL IS ADJUSTED AUTOMATICALLY AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A transmitting apparatus of a CDMA portable handset of which the output level is adjusted automatically and a method for controlling thereof are provided to transmit the output power of a transmitting signal after adjusting it to the strength of a received signal. CONSTITUTION: A memory part(100) stores a required signal power range value. An MSM(Mobile Station Modem chip)(200) outputs AGC gain control signals to an automatic gain controlling unit(500). A BBA(Base Band Analog chip)(300) transmits modulated voice data to a variable attenuator(400). The variable attenuator(400) converts the output voltage of voice data into a central value of the automatic gain controlling unit(500) and outputs it to the automatic gain controlling unit(500). The automatic gain controlling unit(500) adjusts the output voltage of the voice data outputted from the variable attenuator(400) according to the AGC gain control signals and converts it into the same power level as a received signal. A mixer part(600) raises the voice data converted through the automatic gain controlling unit(500) to a transmitting frequency and outputs it to an amplifier(700). The amplifier(700) amplifies the raised voice data and outputs it to a duplexer(800). The duplexer(800) transmits the voice data outputted from the amplifier(700) through an antenna.
