PACKAGE METHOD OF CEMENT CONCRETE BY USING WASTE LIME

PURPOSE: A method is provided to use waste lime as a material of cement concrete package. CONSTITUTION: 30 to 500 kg/1m¬3 of waste lime is mixed and agitated with 80 to 160 kg/1m¬3 of water. The mixture and 220 to 350 kg/1m¬3 of cement are passed through a 40mm sieve by 90 to 100 based on a passage weight percentage. Cement concrete mixture having a 0cm slump value and 150 to 300 kg/cm¬2 of compression intensity is made up by mixing 1300 to 2000 kg/1m¬3 of aggregate passing through a 5mm sieve by 0 to 30%. The cement concrete mixture is installed and pressed on a base layer. Water is sprinkled on the surface of the hardened base layer by 1.2 kg per 1m¬2 within one hour after hardening. Then, a surface layer is installed, hardened and cured on an upper part of the base layer.
