PURPOSE: A hair transplanting device by which transplantation of hair can be performed rapidly and easily without bleeding and scar is provided. Also, the device can regulate direction, angle, and density of hair. CONSTITUTION: A hair transplanting device comprises a body(1) having a hair transplanting needle(3) at the tip thereof wherein the device is characterized in that a slit(4) having a predetermined length is formed at the tip of the hair transplanting needle(3) and that a core axis for fixing(9) is positioned inside the body(1) in order to move upward and downward in the inner part of the hair transplanting needle(3) when a pushing member(11) protruded from the bottom end of the body(1) is operated.
