PURPOSE: A knuckle bracket structure of a strut and the manufacturing method thereof simplify the manufacturing process of the structure and make the weight of the structure light. CONSTITUTION: At first, an iron panel is cut by considering the mounting state of a knuckle bracket(1). Then, a trimming work and a hole forming work are done by the positions of a connecting bracket(3) and bolt connecting holes(13,13'). Then, bending work is done, consecutively, thereby forming a left and a right protrusions(11,12) and the connecting bracket(3). Thus, a knuckle bracket is quickly manufactured without a separate connecting process such as a welding.
