The present invention relates to a position information inputting device which does not find position by detecting the relative displacement between the main body and a plane by a common ball or optical methods, but provides a device for finding position by sensing a direction of rotation using an accelerometer. The device also provides a means which moves a cursor by computing the pulse value against a certain duty, not by using a regular accelerometer.
