PURPOSE: Provided is a cover for a helmet with a plurality of penetration holes, which can block the holes of the helmet and protect a user against rain and cold effectively. CONSTITUTION: The helmet(2) made of resins includes a plurality of sunken parts(5) preventing the helmet(2) from coming off by wind and penetration holes(10) formed at the bottoms of the sunken parts in the thickness direction. The helmet cover(1) put on the top of the helmet(2) comprises a plurality of sunken parts(12) with inside projecting parts(13) fitted into the penetration holes(10) of the helmet(2) for closing the penetration holes of the helmet and keeping the state of the cover(1) fixed to the helmet(2).
