PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating waste water for cattle shed is provided, which recycles the waste heat generated during the treatment and prevents water pollution or environmental pollution by evaporation-treating waste water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a waste water collection tank(10) where waste water is collected; an evaporation treatment part(6) which evaporates the waste water from the collection tank(10); a warm water circulation line(7) which is connected with the evaporation treatment part(6) and operated by the waste heat ejected from the evaporation treatment part(6); wherein the evaporation treatment part(6) comprises a treatment bath(8); a plurality of evaporation plates(9,10,11,12) which are arranged in the treatment bath(8) by vertical multi-stage; and a plurality of evaporation means(14) which are contained in the evaporation plates.
