PURPOSE: Method for preparing noodles containing milk is provided, which is abundant in nutrients such as protein, fat, minerals, and vitamin compared to the existing noodles by adding milk and/or bean to raw materials of noodle. CONSTITUTION: Method for preparing noodles containing milk comprises the following steps: (i) A first step to mix flour 60-69wt%, potato starch 10.1-16wt%, acetic acid starch 6-9wt%, powdered starch 0.1-0.2, powdered bean 0.2-0.4wt%, and concentrated milk 15-20wt%, and knead; (ii) A second step to make noodles with a noodle-making machine; (iii) A third step to boil with steam while passing through a steam box; (iv) A fourth step to form in a certain shape; and (v) A fifth step to dry at the normal temperature and pack. If fried ramen noodle, a step to fry in bean oil 2.5-3.5wt% is added before the drying step.
