In the present invention there is disclosed the use of the compound of the general formula I or II, in which Re1 and Re3 represent independently on each other a hydrogen atom, methyl or the group of the general formula -C(=O)-(Ci1-Ci6alkyl) or -C(=O)-Ar, wherein Ar represents a phenyl group, being optionally substituted once or twice with an alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a hydroxy group, a nitro group, a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom or trichloro- or fluoromethyl group, Re2 is selected from a group of specified heterocyclic groups containing 4 to 6 carbon atoms and 1 nitrogen atom of the general formula (a), (b) and (c), Re4 represents a hydrogen atom or the group of the general formula -ORe1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation for inhibiting proliferation of smooth musculature cells and for inhibiting restenosis.
