PURPOSE: A turn table type PET bottle recycling chip manufacture automating machine is provided to automate the manufacture of the PET bottle recycling chip by small installation area and low cost. CONSTITUTION: A machine is composed of: a storage hopper(10) to store the collected PET bottles; a bucket conveyer(12) to transfer the PETE bottles in the storage hopper; an arranging device(14) to arrange the PETE bottles transferred respectively to face upward; a bottle cap removing device(24) to remove the caps of the PETE bottles; a ring removing device(26) to remove the rings remained on the bottle necks of the PETE bottles; a label and base cup removing device(28) to remove labels and base cups of the PETE bottles; a colored bottle separating device to separate colored bottles from the PETE bottles transferred via a sensor; a cutter to cut the neck of the PETE bottles; and a pulverizer(36) to finely pulverize the PETE bottles cut after being transferred. |
