PURPOSE: A projection television is provided so that a lower space of a casing can be reduced by arranging at least a part among printed circuit boards at the rear part of a reflective mirror. CONSTITUTION: A projection television includes several devices. A screen(12) is mounted and exposed at an upper whole part of a casing(21). An optical system(13) is mounted at the lower part of the casing(21) and generates an image and then projects it. A reflective mirror(14) is mounted on a rear side of the screen(12) in order to make the image being projected from the optical system(13) reflect to the screen(12). Among printed circuit boards(16,18), the subsidiary printed circuit board(16) having switches for manipulating by a user is mounted on a lower part of the casing(21), whereas the main printed circuit board(18) is mounted on a rear part of the reflective mirror(14). The height(H2) of a lower space of the casing(21) of the projection television can lowered by being compared with height(H1) of a lower space of the casing(11) of the conventional projection television.
