PURPOSE: A pre-heating device for an oil pan of a vehicle is provided to pre-heat engine oil collected on the oil pan for conveniently flowing the engine oil at start of an engine. CONSTITUTION: On a support unit(20) formed in an oil pan(10), a hot wire plate(30) and a hot wire cover(40) are integrally interposed for being assembled. An electric wire of hot wire(31) is withdrawn to a wiring hole(12) formed on inner surface. Then, the electric wire is combined to a lower end portion of an engine. In case of starting an engine after parking a vehicle for a long time in winter, heat is applied to the hot wire installed in the oil pan for heating the engine oil for a specific temperature. Herein, an instrument applying electricity to the hot wire is integrally formed with a key box, or a power switch is formed on an instrument of the vehicle.
