摘要 PURPOSE: A driving signal treating circuit of a high frequency inverter device is provided to effectively treat the drive signal of a signal treating section connected to a high frequency switching section of an inverter device. CONSTITUTION: A driving signal treating circuit of a high frequency inverter device comprises a signal generating section(1). A plural diodes(2A,2B,2C,2D) are connected to an output terminal of the signal generating section(1) in a row. Capacitors(4A,4B,4C,4D) are connected to resistors(3A,3B,3C,3D) in series. The capacitors and the resistors have a dead time integer. Inverter ICs(8A,8B,8C,8D) are connected to the output terminals of the capacitors in series. Photo-couplers(5A,5B,5C,5D) are connected to the inverter ICs(8A,8B,8C,8D) in series. A signal control IC(6) is connected to output terminals of the photo-couplers(5A,5B,5C,5D).
