The invention provides a method of predicting the potential performance of a candidate employee. Data on existing employees undertaking the same work as will be undertaken by the potential employee is compiled and a discrete performance predictor matrix and a continuous performance matrix are created. Insofar as possible the same data as was gathered from existing employees is gathered from the candidate employee. The candidate employee is evaluated against the discrete performance matrix and against the continous performance matrix created using data gathered from existing employees. |
