PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device which can cope the improvement of a fuel consumption by the engine stop and the request of air conditioner of an occupant as much as possible, while restraining the reduction of the effect of the exhaust gas reduction, in the vehicle with the air conditioner having a vehicular engine automatic stop restart device. SOLUTION: When an outside temperature is not an intense heat temperature and intense cold temperature ('No' in step 40) and a vehicle room inside temperature remains in an enlarged suitable temperature area (Yes at step 60), the existence/absence of sunshine is decided (step 80), at the sunshine time, at no sunshine time, respectively, by the combination of the grouping result of cold outer air temperature/suitable temperature/hot temperature (step 50) with the grouping result of slightly cold car room inside temperature/suitable temperature/slightly hot temperature (step 70), whether the engine automatic stop treatment is carried out is decided (step 90, step 100). |
