PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting of a Hall element by interposing a ferromagnetic bar formed of ferrite or the like, between the Hall element and a measured object. SOLUTION: A ferrite bar 12 which is a ferromagnetic body, is disposed in proximity to Hall element 11 mounted on a circuit board 15, and the other end of the bar 12 is in proximity to a coil 13 which is a measured object. The bar 12 is held by a support part formed of nonmagnetic metal, and the support part 14 is fixed to a case of a small electrical part such as a motor. The Hall element 11, the center of the bar 12 and the center of the coil 13 are arranged to coincide with one another. The hall element 11 and bar 12 constitute a magnetic sensor. A space for mounting the bar 12 is therefore required around the coil, and the circuit board mounted with the Hall element 11 can be mounted away from the coil 13. The magnetic sensor can therefor be easily mounted, and the circuit board 15 can be kept away from the coil 13 to suppress the temperature rise of the Hall element 11 caused by the heat of the coil 13.
