摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an induction heating clad material with excellent temperature controllability, which can effectively utilize magnetic characteristics, which a temperature sensing magnetic material originally has. SOLUTION: In this method, a temperature sensing magnetic material, whose permeability varies according to temperature, and a good heat conducting metallic material are pressure-welded, and then are heated at the temperature which is higher than recrystal temperature of the temperature sensing magnetic material but lower than the melting point of the good heat conducting metallic material, so as to apply magnetic annealing for removing processing distortion existing in the temperature sensing magnetic material. By the magnetic annealing, processing distortion introduced to the temperature sensing magnetic material at the time of pressure welding is eliminated, and temperature variation ratio dμ/dT of relative permeability can be made to be 10 or more where maximum value of the permeability before/after the curie point is 100 and minimum value is 1, so as to manufacture a clad material having excellent temperature controllability easily. Fe-Ni-Cr alloy or the like having the curie point of 40-600 deg.C is preferable for the temperature sensing magnetic material, and the metal mainly composed of Cu is preferable for the good heat conducting metallic material.
