PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate restriction for an effective space in a cabin due to a ventilator main body in consideration of the shape of and arranged position for a ventilator main body in a vehicular ventilator. SOLUTION: A vehicular ventilator is equipped with a ventilator main body 20a, fitted to the fitting hole 24b of an upper side wall part 24a for forming the recess 24 of the side panel 23 of a vehicle body, and extending along the panel 23. The main body 20a is equipped with a box body 21 being opened by one end surface in a vertical direction, and one side surface in a before and behind or right and left direction, and a butterfly valve 22 fitted to one side surface side.
