PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulator capable of stably spraying and supplying a liquid-phase material regardless of the operation conditions of the granulator itself. SOLUTION: This granulator is provided with a nozzle 4 installed in the inside of a granulation chamber of the apparatus main body for spraying and supplying a liquid-phase material, which is a mixture of a solid and a liquid and/or a solution dissolving a solid, to the inside of the granulation chamber, an air blowing out part formed in a lower part of the granulation chamber to supply fluidizing air for fluidizing the material in the inside of the granulation chamber, and an air discharging part formed in an upper part of the granulation chamber to discharge the fluidizing air in the granulation chamber. In this case, a jacket 6 for circulating a fluid approximately in the whole of the outer circumferential part of the nozzle 4 is formed in order to optimize the temperature of the liquid-phase material to be supplied and sprayed.
