PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a screw fastening work and to stick a certification seal by a relatively simple work by forming a fitting part for a seal sticking member in a part of a decorative member fitted to the outside of the game region of a game machine board and fitting the seal sticking member to the fitting part via a latch mechanism. SOLUTION: A clear decorative member 2 is formed by molding a translucent plastic molding member, a fitting part 40 for a seal sticking member formed in a part is roughly constituted of a recess 41, the right side and the bottom side of the internal circumferential wall of the recess 41 are opened, leaving only the upper side internal circumferential wall and the left side internal circumferential wall. The bottom faced 41c of the recess 41 is flat and provided with a rising edge 41d for temporarily positioning the seal sticking member 11 in the circumference. The seal sticking member 11 is fitted to the fitting part 40 for the seal sticking member via a latch mechanism and the seal sticking member 11 is formed of a transparent flat resin plate having a plane for sticking a certification seal 11'.
