PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the idling of a polishing material and to reduce the cost of this polishing material. SOLUTION: While a conical object at the tip of a bamboo shoot-like material is heretofore inserted into the central part of the polishing material and the polishing material is mounted only at this one point in mounting of the polishing material, the structure to insert a plurality of rod-like objects 3 into the polishing material 8 to provide plural point mounting, to mount a cap 5 to its front end and to push the polishing material 8 from before and behind is adopted. As a result, the idling of the polishing material does not occur any more. The need for providing the polishing material with a through-hole for mounting firmly reinforced at the circumference is eliminated and the manufacturing cost of the polishing material is remarkably reduced.
