PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the person to easily maintain the same posture for a long time by putting an aqueous solution into a cistern to float a person with a waterproof sheet and to eliminate gravity by adopting the constitution with which the person is floated by the aqueous solution and protects the body with the waterproof sheet. SOLUTION: This underwater protective device is constituted by providing the cistern 1 with the waterproof sheet 10, a water feed pipe, an adjusting pipe and a drain pipe and providing a tank with a vent channel and a motor. When the person 9 enters the inside of the waterproof sheet 10 and feeds the aqueous solution 11 of the tank by a motor from the water feed pipe into the cistern 1, the person 9 floats and can be released from gravity. The excess aqueous solution 11 returns to the tank through the adjusting pipe and maintains the specified water pressure, the vent channel of the tank adjusts the water pressure to a constant pressure.
