PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the adhesiveness of outsoles and midsoles and to discharge the static electricity electrified to the human body into the ground via electrostatic shoes by providing part of the outsoles having grounding surfaces on the side opposite to the grounding surfaces thereof with projecting parts and applying conductive adhesives thereto. SOLUTION: The two-layered soles for the electrostatic shoes are formed by providing part of the outsoles 1 having the grounding surfaces on the side opposite to the grounding surfaces thereof with the projecting parts 2 and applying the conductive adhesives 4 to these projecting part 2 portions. As a result, even if the outsoles 3 have no antistatic performance, the shoes are provided with the stable antistatic performance by the combinations of the integral material of the outsoles 1 and application of the conductive adhesives to the projecting parts 2. Then, the electrostatic shoes which are capable of releasing the static electricity accumulated in the human body into the ground are made possible and the adhesiveness is improved simply by correcting the molds of the outsoles 1, by which the cost is reduced and the stable two-layered bottoms for the electrostatic shoes may be obtained.
