PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone microphone capable of being adjusted in accordance with the size of an ear, being worm comfortably and preventing the earphone from falling from the ear by when pulled by the coupling system of a signal line. SOLUTION: This earphone microphone 200 has an earphone housing 250 which houses the earphone and has a shallow groove and two wire anchors at its external edge so that the two wire anchors are formed at both ends of the shallow groove and two recessed grooves are formed nearby the two wire anchors, the microphone 250 coupled rotatably with it, a signal line which has its one end connected to the earphone and is led out o the center part of the external edge of the earphone housing 210, a plug 242 which is connected to the other end, two adjusting means 230a and 230b which are connected rotatably to the two recessed grooves 212a and 212b, and a 1st ear hook 220a and a 2nd ear hook 220b which are coupled movably to the two adjusting means respectively and adjust the position on the ear of the user.
