VIBRATING LINEAR ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating linear actuator capable of restraining vertical vibration of a moving element. SOLUTION: In this linear actuator, a moving element 2 and a fixed element 3 are made noncontact by using a retaining member 1, which can be displaced only in the operating direction and can not be displaced in the direction except the operation direction. In the retaining member 1, two leaf springs 4 make a pair, and a linkage member 5 is arranged between the two leaf springs 4. Both of the leaf springs 4 and the linkage member 5 are aligned in the vibrating direction. Both of the leaf springs 4 are laterally symmetric with respect to a center line perpendicularly intersecting the vibrating direction. The two leaf springs 4 are linked on the center line by the linkage member 5. The height of the fixed end of a moving element 2 side of the retaining member 1 is made equal to that of the fixed end of a frame 6 side.
