PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a function similar to that with a terminal board in spite of a simple structure without any terminal board. SOLUTION: The structure has a receiver unit 9 where a disk pole piece is adhered to an upper face of a disk magnet, a cup-shaped frame is adhered to the lower face, a magnetic circuit is formed between the pole piece and the frame and a voice coil is placed to the magnetic circuit, a case 10 made of an insulating material that covers an outer circumference of the receiver unit 9 and from part of which two spring terminals 11 are projected. The receiver unit 9 is contained in the case 10 and a terminal 7a of the voice coil is connected to a connection section 11a of the two spring terminals 11. Then the two spring terminals 11 are bent as a U-shape. The structure can remarkably be simplified while obtaining the same function as that of a conventional structure.
