ANTENNA STRUCTURE AND CARD TYPE RADIO TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna structure with high antenna performance when a card type radio terminal is placed in the vicinity of a human body or a metallic plate and to provide a card type radio terminal with high productivity and a simple structure by utilizing the antenna structure. SOLUTION: A slot antenna 1 configured on a printed circuit board is placed on a face of an enclosure with a maximum area of the card type radio terminal 2 so that a direction 5 of an electric field is perpendicular to the face. Thus, the antenna structure with high antenna performance is obtained when the card type radio terminal 2 is placed in the vicinity of a human body or a metallic plate and the card type radio terminal with a high radiation efficiency and a simple structure is obtained by utilizing the antenna structure.
