PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member which can bindingly and compactly hold the wiring cords of a plurality of electronics arranged on a rack, etc. SOLUTION: A member 100 for bindingly holding cord is constituted, by attaching a pair of cord holding elements 110 to an attaching plate 20 with bolts 150, in a state such that the elements 110 counterpose each other. Each element 110 is formed by bending a board into a U-shape and coated with an insulating layer 112. The front ends 116 of the elements 110 are formed in slopes, so that a clearance G1 is formed between the facing front ends, when the elements 110 are attached to the attaching plate 20. Cords are housed in the space between the elements 110 through this clearance G1. Since the clearance G1 is formed obliquely, the cords housed in the space will not come out of the clearance G1.
