PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture the shielding tape continuously and efficiently in an industrial scale and prevent occurrence of torsion of a plurality of metal tapes, by arranging the plurality of narrow metal tapes fed in parallel from a plurality of tape reels arranged at a prescribed interval on the upper surface of a fed wide tape made of semi-conductive rubber or plastic, and integrally crimping the metal tapes from upside and downside. SOLUTION: Metal tapes 3 wound about tape reels 4 arranged in a prescribed interval on a tape reel rack 5 are together introduced through a slender-plate- shaped tape guide 7 between crimp rolls 6 where a roll-shaped semi-conductive tape 1 placed on a semi-conductive tape rack 2 is guided through a guide roll 8. The both are overlaid, heated and crimped from upside and downside, wound about a product-winding device, and then cut longitudinally with a prescribed width by a slitter. Therefore, the semi-conductive tape having a metal shielding layer is manufactured continuously and at a high speed, and torsion or bent do not occur on the metal tapes 3 guided and fed in parallel at an adequate interval.
