PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a reproducible laminate having scratch resistance, crack resistance and toughness and not requiring final splicing, by superposing an integrated surface material layer and an opaque layer one upon another in a laminar state, and applying pressure to both layers to bond them to form an integrated surface laminate. SOLUTION: An integrated surface laminate is constituted of an integrated surface material layer 1 formed by the extrusion molding of a thermoplastic acrylic (HA) sheet with predetermined thickness obtaining necessary depth in a visual field, and an opaque layer 2 comprising a thermoplastic resin and includes a decorative surface layer. When both layers are formed, a filler, an impact resistance modifier, an arbitrary pigment and an additive are dispersed in an HA polymer by a melt blender or a single screw or twin-screw extruder to form a dispersion which is, in turn, pelletized to form a dispersed added component-containing HA polymer master batch, and the HA sheet extruded from a single screw or twin-screw extruder having a sheet forming die is superposed in a laminar state to be pressed and bonded. By this constitution, direct extrusion molding and reproduction become possible and tensile stress, bending stress, strain and toughness can be increased to a large extent.
|
