PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fitting structure for an instrument panel for realizing cost down and improved fitting workability, by eliminating break in a projection used in mounting an instrument panel on a vehicle, and recombining work for a modular instrument panel. SOLUTION: The base end part 7 side of a locking pin 4 is gradually and thickly formed toward a seat surface 5 than the tip part 8 side of the pin 4, in fitting structure for an instrument panel 1 for fitting the panel 1 to a vehicle body, by extending a locking pin 4, a projection, toward a vehicle front in the tip of an instrument panel 1 provided with a seat surface 5 to lock the pin 4 to a socket 10 on the vehicle body 9 side.
