PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear realizing the effect for improving the appearance of the collar part, increasing the variety of the design of the wear or applying a cheering item such as mark of an organization. SOLUTION: The objective wear 1 has a nearly O-shaped neck part 11, a collar 12, a shoulder part 51, a body part 53 and a front opening 17 openable at least to a prescribed length for putting the wear. The wear is provided with a nearly ribbon-like or plate-like covering member 2 to cover the circumference of the front neck part 13 from above almost parallelly to the circumference of the neck part 11. Both ends of the covering member 2 are fixed to the wear body 10 with fixing means 29 positioned under the collars 12 at both sides. At least one of the fixing means 29 is placed in a detachable manner.
