PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermosetting polyester film having enough physical properties in practical use, excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, transparency and cost performance, and to obtain a transparent elastomer having excellent transparency, well keeping elasticity performance even at low temperatures, and also having shape-retaining character. SOLUTION: This thermosetting polyester film and the other objective transparent elastomer are each obtained by curing a resin composition comprising (A) a vinyl ester resin, (B) vinyl monomer(s) essentially comprising at least one kind selected from the group consisting of alkyl (meth)acrylates, alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylates and alkoxypolyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylates, and (C) a polymerization initiator.
