<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cap after opening the cap from being applied again in a commodity distributing channel. SOLUTION: A cylinder 11 is fitted to an outer surface of an opening neck part 3 of a container in such a way that it can be turned and it can be moved up and down. A circumferential wall 22 is suspended down from the outer circumference of a sliding cylinder 10. Then, the upper part of the circumferential wall 22 is threadably fitted to the outer surface of the sliding cylinder 10, the lower part of the circumferential wall 22 is engaged with the upper part of the barrel part 2 of the container through engagement portions 4, 26 in such a way that it may not be removed and it can be turned, the central part of the top plate 21 is applied as a removing plate 28 through a circumferential arrangement indicated by a broken line 27 to the part of the upper top plate 21 of an annular clearance between the outer surface of the sliding cylinder 10 and the inner surface of the circumferential wall 22. The circumferential wall 22 and the sliding cylinder 10 are threadably engaged by the sliding cylinder 10 through a turning of the circumferential wall 22 in one direction.</p> |
