PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording apparatus capable of stabilizing an emitting direction of a liquid drop. SOLUTION: In an ink jet recording apparatus allowing liquid drops A to fly to the same place 12 on a material to be recorded from a plurality of liquid drop emitting orifices 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, the nozzle surfaces 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d of a plurality of the liquid drop emitting orifices 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a are arranged so as to become vertical to the emitting direction B of the liquid drops A. By this constitution, the pressures applied to the inside and outside of the liquid drop emitting orifices 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a become equal and, since the liquid drops A are separated from the wall surfaces of the liquid drop emitting orifices 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a at the same time without partially remaining on the wall surfaces, the emitting direction B of the liquid drops A becomes stable. |
