PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain cleaning performance of water by completely hermetically sealing a space for housing a sliding part such as a power generator with an enclosed container for fixing the power generator and a turning seal film arranged in an energy converter, and completely separating the space in which operating water flows. SOLUTION: A power generating set 1 is composed of a power generator 20, housed in an closed container 22 and an energy converter, as a scroll-type fluid machine. A cylindrical turning seal film 35 for sealing and fixing between a power transmitting shaft, 25 directly connected to the power generator 20 and a housing 37 fixed to the closed container 22, is arranged in the energy converter 21. A space between the power generator 20 and the energy converter 21 is separated completely from each other, and the power generator 20 is housed in the closed space. It is possible to prevent foreign materials from mixing with water introduced into the energy converter 21 from the closed space and to prevent water from invading in a space of the power generator 20 side. Accordingly, durability is not damaged in a bearing and the power generator 20, cleaning performance of water used for generating power is maintained, and is made recyclable.
