PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating structure for heating parts, which can suppress the temperature of heating parts within a usable temperature range, even when the ambient air temperature of the parts fluctuates largely, without increasing the complexity, manufacturing cost, power consumption, etc., of the structure. SOLUTION: In a heat radiating structure for heating parts, heating parts 1 and a radiator 2 positioned on a wiring board 4 at an interval, and a heat transfer member 3 composed of a bimetal is fixed to the parts 1. In addition, a heat transfer arm 3B, which is deformed in such a manner that its heat transfer route becomes shorter when the temperature of the parts 1 rises and becomes longer when the temperature 1 of the parts 1 drops, is press-contacted with the radiator 2.
