<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-core jointing method, and an apparatus for fastening cores to each other in their joints, whereby the multi-cores are prevented from being entangled with each other in jointing and jointing is made easy. SOLUTION: Two groups of rollers 3 in each of which the many rollers 3 are provided in series with each other in the form of a rosary on a shaft 7 are provided in parallel with each other. Between the two correspondent rollers 3 of the two groups, two correspondent cores 1, 2 of first and second multi-cores which are to be connected with each other are interposed fixedly in the unit of the overlapped portion of the cores 1, 2. In this state, the jointing of cores is performed every individual overlapped portion of the many overlapped portions which are strung in parallel with each other between the two groups of rollers 3. An apparatus for fastening cores to each other in the joints has the parallel two groups of the rollers 3 in each of which the many rollers 3 are provided in series with each other in the form of a rosary on the shaft 7, and the two end rollers 3 in the shaft direction are pressed respectively from their outside with springs 4. The apparatus has two flat bars 5 so provided on the outsides (the core inputting sides) of the two groups of the rollers 3 in parallel therewith that the flat bars 5 can press the first and second multi-cores. Although the various fixing means of each flat bar 5 can be considered, its fixing by easily removable magnets is preferred.</p> |
