PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make dischargeable wastes which are conveyed in a conveying space toward a discharge port by air current force by making air current- discharging members generate an air current, and letting the discharging members repeat contact with and moving away from conveying plates following their movements. SOLUTION: The waste halfway discharging device is provided with wing-like air current-discharging members 17a to 17c which are brought into contact with and pressed against conveying plates to be warped, and which are operated to restore by their own springy elasticity when they are moved apart and released from the conveying plates 5 to generate an air current, and to discharge wastes conveyed in a conveying space toward a discharge port part 6.
