发明名称 DIPPING NOZZLE FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pre-heat a nozzle quickly and effectively prevent sticking of ground metal, aluminum to the nozzle while restraining heat release from the nozzle by making the nozzle as double layers structure with an inner side refractory material having a specific heat conduction rate and arranged at an inner hole side and, an outside refractory material having a specific heat conduction rate and arranged at outside of the inner refractory material. SOLUTION: This nozzle is made of a double-layered structure wherein an inside refractory material 7 having 1.5-4.0 W/m.K heat conduction rate is arranged at an inner hole side and an outside refractory material 8 having 15-28 W/m.K heat conductive rate is arranged outside of the inside refractory material 7. Heat from an outside heat source is accumulated relatively quickly through the outside refractory material 8 with the inside refractory material 7 of relatively low heat conductive rate so as to quickly hot insulate the inner hole 3 side. A high temperature molten steel is flowed into the inner hole 3 from a blowing in port 6 of a dipping nozzle 1 and flowed out to a mold from a discharge hole 5. Releasing of heat from the dipping nozzle 1 is surely restrained by combining the low heat conductive inner side refractory material 7 and the high heat conductive outside refractory material 8.
