PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ozone water washing apparatus ensuring safety so as not to eject excessive ozone. SOLUTION: An ozone water washing apparatus 1 is constituted so as to prevent such a phenomenon that excessive ozone is ejected to the atmosphere along with ozone water when high pressure ejection is changed over to low pressure one and can ensure safety. Since a bypass pipeline 8 to which an ejector 9 and an excessive ozone separator 10 are provided is set to low pressure by a relief valve 16, a part made of an inexpensive resin but not made of a pressure-resistant material such as stainless steel can be used as the part constituting the ejector 9 or excessive ozone separator 10.
