PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll segment device of continuous casting equipment which can be easily adopted for a light pressurized segment, to which a large load is applied, while it is an interval adjusting means of a screw type, wherein a 4-corner action style can be adopted for a pressurizing force acting means. SOLUTION: In this device, a group of columns 14 connected to above from a lower frame 11 is inserted in four corners of an upper frame 15. An interval adjusting means 20 for adjusting the interval between rolls 12 and 16 with the thickness variation of a casting piece 2, and a pressurizing force acting means 35 for acting the pressurizing force between the rolls 12 and 16 at the adjusted interval are installed between the frames 11 and 15. The interval adjusting means 20 is a screw type in a way that the screw part is positioned at the portion of the upper frame 15 and the screw length is equivalent to the thickness of the upper frame 15. The pressurizing force acting means 35 is a 4-corner acting style such that downward cylinders 37 are installed at the four corners of the upper frame 15.
