PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to select a printer matched with user's expectation even when printing quality is different in each printer. SOLUTION: After ending the analysis of printing data (step S12), the quality data of a printer estimated from a quality data storage device are loaded (step S13) and the quality level of a printed result is estimated by executing quality estimation processing using the quality data (step S14). After ending the estimation of the printing quality level, whether the estimated quality level is suited to a quality level condition provided by an operator or not is decided (step 15), and when the quality level is suited (step S15: Y), the printer concerned is added to printer candidates and the printer information is stored in a printer candidate information storage device (step S16).
