PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a lifting spring and each coil (focus coil or tracking coil) to each other with high workability without using any relay substrates as separate members. SOLUTION: In a lens holder 1A supported in cantilever via a pair of upper and lower lifting springs 6a and 6b arranged left and right, four terminal plates (11 to 14) are buried in its coil loading part 3, the ends 11a to 14a thereof are pulled out together from the side face of the opposite lens loading part of the coil loading part 3, the other ends 11b and 12b of the first and second terminal plates (11 and 12) are pulled out to the left side face 3b of the coil loading part 3, the other ends 13b and 14b of the third and fourth terminal plates (13 and 14) are pulled out from the right side face 3a of the coil loading part 3, and via these terminals (11 to 14), focussing coil 4 and tracking coil 5 are electrically connected to the lifting springs 6a and 6b. |
