STEERING SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR PARKING IN FILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering supporting device for parking in file which enables a driver to easily grasp an appropriate angle of approach and the timing of quick turn of a steering wheel in parking in file. SOLUTION: A steering wheel is put back in a straight traveling position when a second eye-mark 29 and a second guide line 30 are coincided and overlapped with a corner 34 and a road side line 35, respectively, on a display 19 of a monitor followed by going back until first eye-mark 26 and a first guide line 27 are coincided with the corner 34 and the road side line 35, respectively. The angle of turning the steering wheel is then maximized in the opposite direction to the direction in starting to park in file and then the car is backed to finish parking in file.
