PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which allows winding spaces to be ensured and enables reduction in size. SOLUTION: A core insulating member 3 is formed of resin and is placed on a core 2, having wire winding portions 10 with a prescribed gap allowed between it and the core 2 at the wire winding portions 10 and provides insulation between the core 2 and winding 4. Radial slits 3c are formed in the core insulating member 3, so that when a wire 4 is wound on the core-insulating member 3, the slit width is reduced and winding spaces can be ensured.
