PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a container from colliding against a buried cylinder and being caught by the cylinder when the container is lifted and to prevent of the container from being inverted by projectingly providing a plurality of rotating bodies around the liftable container discharging dug earth and sand. SOLUTION: On flat surfaces 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of a container 4, each rotating body 5 is provided at each upper and lower position. The rotating body 5 is freely rotatably borne between a pair of plates 6 projected at upper and lower positions of the flat surfaces 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of the container 4 and is constituted of a wheel part 5a and a rubber tire 5b which is fitted into the wheel part 5a and is provided with proper flexibility. The rotating body 5 is made to have position and size preventing abutting of an opposed rotating body 5 on an internal surface 2a of a buried cylinder 2 and abutting of a peripheral surface of the container 4 on the internal surface 2a of the buried cylinder 2 when the container 4 is elevated and lowered within the cylindrical buried cylinder 2. By shifting wire of a crane from a center of the buried cylinder 2 when earth and sand is put into the container 4 and the container 4 is lifted by the crane, the container 4 can be lifted by intentionally abutting the rotating body 5 on the internal surface 2a.
