PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further superior air releasing in a so-called non-porous type rice bag. SOLUTION: This rice bag is formed such that outer heat seals 5 are carried out at one side of a rice main body 1 while non-sealed portions are being formed along one side in a wide spacing to form outer air releasing passages 6. Some point seals 8 are carried out at portions opposing against the outer air releasing passages 6 inside the outer heat seal portions 5 to form spacings where no rice is released, and inner heat seals 7 are carried out to form inner air releasing passages 9. In this case, before forming the bag, some depressed protrusions and indented portions 1a' are formed continuously in a specified spacing at both front and rear films forming this rice bag in such a way that they may across both outer heat seal portions 5 and inner heat seal portions 7 and the front and rear surfaces are faced in an opposite direction to each other. Upon these formations, the outer heat seals 5 and the inner heat seals 7 are carried out.
