PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb shock caused by striking or the like, prevent an item mounted on the upper surface of a tray from being dropped or damaged and improve durability of the item. SOLUTION: An item transporting tray 1 comprises a lower base block 2 having a through-pass hole (a) at its central part and an upper base block 3 having its upper surface inclined toward the central downward direction and further having a through-pass hole (a') at its central part. The upper base block 3 is fixed to the upper surface of the lower base block 2 through a damper member 4. A plurality of damper members 4 are arranged in a circumferential direction in a properly spaced-apart relation, a resilient cover 21 is installed at the upper surface of the upper base block 3 and then a curtain member 18 may also be fixed to the lower edge of an outer circumference of the upper base block 3.
