PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is friendly to a user by containing a connection means establishing connection between a second system part and connection at least in a first or third system part. SOLUTION: When a setup signal containing a first destination code defining a first destination on a second terminal 2 is to be detected, a detection/decision means 15 checks a memory means 61. The first destination code is stored in a first column and a second destination code in a second column in the memory means 61. The detection/decision means 15 controls a connection/removal means 11 through a connection 52 so that the setup signal can be transmitted to a reception/transmission means 13 through connections 30 and 43, for example. The reception/transmission means 13 sends the setup signal to a terminal 4 through a connection 22 and the terminal 4 generates a ringing signal in response to the setup signal. Information is given to a user possessing/using the terminals 2 and 4 in the terminals 2 and 4.
